About The Position

King Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Long Term Substitute for our 2nd Grade classroom. This position is essential for maintaining a consistent and nurturing learning environment for our students during the absence of the regular classroom teacher. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or substitute teaching license preferred.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in a classroom setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the classroom and school environment.
