Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse
Current CPR certification
LPN (Required)
CPR Certification (Required)
Ability to commute/relocate: Louisville, KY 40206: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to treatment.
Maintain clinical documentation and medication records.
