About The Position
The Davis Community is seeking caring, dedicated, and dependable Certified Nurse Aides to provide resident-focused care within its Household Model. The community has 10 households where residents and staff operate as a family. Its care philosophy emphasizes privacy, choice, respect, and dignity, aiming to create a warm home environment rather than a hospital-like institution. Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA I) from an accredited program.
- Must possess a current North Carolina nurse aide certificate with no substantial findings.
- Must have some experience in CNA work; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
