Long Term Care Administrator
About The Position
Clover Care Center is seeking an Administrator to provide vision, support, and leadership for their skilled nursing community in St. Edward, Nebraska. Requirements
- Nursing Home Administrator license preferred
- Senior living, healthcare, or long-term care leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational standards
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Financial management and budgeting experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A commitment to resident-centered care and service excellence
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to build relationships in and outside of the facility
- Strong working knowledge of skilled nursing care operations and regulations
Responsibilities
- Leading day-to-day operations of the care center
- Supporting and developing department leaders and team members
- Creating a positive culture focused on resident well-being and team engagement
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Driving quality outcomes and performance improvement initiatives
- Managing operational and financial goals
- Strengthening relationships with residents, families, healthcare partners, and referral sources
- Promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning
- Serving as an ambassador for Clover Care Center within the local community
- Coach and provide superior leadership and direction
