About The Position

We are Claybourne, one of the fastest growing cannabis flower brands in California. Our team is known for being highly dedicated to our retail partners and consumers while going above and beyond with flower quality, flower consistency and innovative new product development. We are hiring an experienced, hard-working Long Haul Delivery Driver for our Northern California HUB (San Francisco).

Requirements

  • Valid California State Driver's License (must pass MVR check and meet Company insurability requirements)
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be 25 years of age or older
  • 3+ years of commercial driving experience
  • Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to drive at night
  • Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time (while driving)
  • Ability to communicate well and communicate with various audiences and scenarios
  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgement appropriately
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to be punctual while maintaining a positive, never give up attitude; always presenting self in a professional manner and image
  • Must be able to work well with others in a team environment and positively accept feedback

Responsibilities

  • Pack and load products into vehicle according to company's specifications
  • Deliver/Pick up orders to/from customers on assigned routes in a time effective manner
  • Maintain on-going communication with our Logistics department
  • Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
  • Ensure all order paperwork is signed and completed
  • Provide a high-level of professional customer service to dispensaries
  • Be able to drive for extended amounts of time
  • Warehouse duties as assigned and/or needed in support
  • Start time is typically 8:30 AM but must be willing and able to adjust schedule per work center needs including but not limited to working before/after regularly scheduled hours, overtime, and holidays with little to no advance notice
