About The Position

RQ Construction is seeking a full-time Logistics Yard Associate in the Jacksonville, FL area to join their dynamic team. This entry-level position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks at the Logistics Facility in support of the RQ Logistics Yard. Key duties include receiving, inspecting, tracking, and documenting materials and equipment. The role involves physical labor in a warehouse setting and may include assisting other craft workers with tasks such as strapping loads, housekeeping, and fabricating pallets. The position may require operating machinery like forklifts, with training and certification provided. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach. The role operates in a warehouse environment, both indoors and outdoors, and requires jobsite-appropriate attire and flexibility to work outside normal business hours.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver's license is required
Great communication skills
Team player
Detail oriented
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable for position being hired for).
