About The Position

RQ Construction is hiring a full-time Logistics Yard Associate (entry level) for our Jacksonville, Florida logistics facility. This role exists to keep materials and equipment moving safely and accurately so project teams stay productive in the construction industry. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting deliveries, tracking and documenting inventory, moving/strapping loads, housekeeping, and building or repairing pallets. You may support other craft workers as needed. Forklift operation may be part of the job; learning and certification support may be available. Your Typical Shift: No two days are exactly the same. You'll help keep our logistics yard running smoothly by receiving and organizing materials, preparing shipments, maintaining inventory, and supporting construction projects across the region. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced environment where safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential. Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Able to perform physical labor (lift/push/pull/carry as needed)
Clear written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized
Safety-minded; dependable and trustworthy

Additionally, all candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable for position being hired for).
