This exciting opportunity is available on the Weekend Dayshift, giving you a 3 day work week! As a Distribution Clerk-Wave Planner, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment. Requirements

Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Blue Yonder.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Create and manage wave plans in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure optimal order picking and shipping efficiency.
Monitor and prioritize orders based on customer requirements, inventory levels, and shipping schedules.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, inventory control, and shipping teams to ensure smooth execution of wave plans.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to wave planning and order fulfillment, identifying areas for improvement.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to wave planning, order picking, and shipping.
Maintain and update WMS configurations and settings to support efficient wave planning processes.
Scan and upload all shipping documents in TMS from the previous day.
Check-in all incoming drivers in Blue Yonder to confirm load details are accurate.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
