High school diploma or GED
One or more years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, distribution, or logistics experience
Experience using warehouse management systems, inventory software, or barcode scanners
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus. Forklift training and refresher training are provided for qualified employees.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, label, and store inbound inventory.
Pick, pack, process, and prepare outbound customer orders.
Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy.
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Process inventory transactions using warehouse management systems.
Respond to inventory inquiries from customers and internal teams.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, rolling ladders, and other warehouse equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
