About The Position

The Logistics Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, storage, and facility maintenance to ensure efficient and accurate product flow. This role will lead and guide supervisors and warehouse staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Five to seven years of related experience supervising distribution systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, and facilities management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively across departments and functions
  • Knowledge of supply chain software and inventory systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools
  • Knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements
  • Ability to travel

  • Certification in supply chain or logistics management

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse logistics and facility operations, maintenance, and repair activities
  • Oversees new and remanufactured machine, set up & Quality Control –in support of Operations
  • Supervise receiving and shipping of new and remanufactured equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of new and remanufactured machines and ensure accurate stock records
  • Supports equipment transportation and deliveries
  • Monitor warehouse productivity, KPIs, and operational performance
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
  • Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel
  • Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet business objectives
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and vendor services
  • Supports workplace safety programs and emergency preparedness activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements
  • Lead and supervise logistics and maintenance teams
