About The Position

Max Tool, Inc. is a growing industrial tooling and supply company committed to providing quality products, innovative inventory solutions, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our Madison, AL team as a Logistics, Vending & Delivery Associate. This position involves a combination of warehouse operations, inventory management, industrial vending support, and customer deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory and vending software.
• Forklift Certified
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, delivery, or inventory management preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries.
• Stock, replenish, and maintain industrial vending machines at customer locations.
• Monitor vending inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked.
• Assist with inventory tracking, product organization, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot basic vending machine issues and coordinate service when needed.
• Build positive relationships with customers while providing reliable vending and inventory support.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products and supplies to customers.
• Load and unload products while verifying order accuracy.
• Complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Max Tool professionally.
