About The Position

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. This involves rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power to designing, building, and operating data centers. The company operates with a focus on high ownership, autonomy, velocity, first principles thinking, and a deep commitment to the problem space of AI alignment and human freedom. The Data Center Operations Team is working on operating infrastructure at the scale of a nation, building while flying, and creating operational playbooks from scratch. This role is part of that ambitious effort.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in a warehouse, data center, or high-volume hardware environment.
Ability to move material accurately under pressure.
Commitment to inventory accuracy, real-time logging, and proactive shortage identification.
Fast, organized, and responsive to technician needs.
Reliable process adherence and early problem flagging.

Nice To Haves

Experience with asset management systems and barcode/RFID tracking.
Familiarity with data center hardware (servers, networking, GPUs).
Experience in high-growth or hyperscale site operations.

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day receiving and shipping operations: verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update tracking systems in real time.
Tag, label, and log assets accurately into asset management systems from the moment they arrive on site.
Pull and stage parts for technicians and engineers fast — no one waits on you for a part.
Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99%+ accuracy, and flag shortages before they block deployment or break-fix work.
Keep the warehouse and staging areas organized, safe, and ready for rapid deployment, break-fix, and project material turns.
Assist with RMA processing, warranty claims, and vendor returns under the direction of the Logistics Lead.
