About The Position

Volt is hiring immediately for a Logistics Technician in East Mesa, AZ. As a Logistics Technician, you will support shipping, receiving, staging, storage, and distribution of data center equipment. You will process work orders, retrieve inventory, and transport materials to designated locations. You will also maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and warehouse management systems, and utilize internal systems to track inventory, assets, and workflow activity. Additionally, you will prepare hardware for deployment and distribution, including unboxing, packaging, crating, hard drive wiping, and workstation setup. You will maintain a clean and safe work environment while operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in logistics (shipping, receiving, or inventory control)
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills required
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Strong communication skills with a professional approach
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
Previous forklift experience required

experience with SAP is a plus
