About The Position

TEKsystems is looking to add a logistics technician to their team in San Antonio, TX. This role is going to consist of using power tools (primarily a drill) to help with Kiosk assembly and adding tech devices to their existing cooler systems, kiosks, and retail facing devices. Most of these devices will consist of credit card readers, cameras, and then the full kiosk assembly of putting in the computer, casing, touch screens, etc. There will be step by step instructions for how to construct these correctly. Additionally this person will be helping move inventory around via Pallet Jack/Forklift and will provide training and certification for operating one. Lastly - they will be tasked with ensuring that inventory is ready to be shipped out and received accordingly at the broader warehouse. All of this will be trained on in the system and have extensive efforts to bring people up to speed before they are ready to go on their own. They have a team of 5 people that work across their warehouse environment. This role also consists of working on a computer in the office part of the warehouse too so won't always be on your feet, but will be processing and looking at shipment orders, inventory levels, etc.

Experience assembling hardware is ideal
Experience providing tech support is a nice to have as there is sometimes software troubleshooting too
