About The Position

Tesla Laboratories is seeking a Logistics Technical Planner/Integrator to support Intelligence Community and Department of Defense logistics planning and operations. The role evaluates enterprise logistics operations and identifies improvements to information systems, operational processes, and manual workflows. It supports strategic logistics planning, supply chain resilience, system interoperability, and modernization initiatives, while leading process improvement and automation efforts.

The position oversees multi-year logistics initiatives, including budgets, schedules, milestones, and performance measures. It develops reporting tools and metrics, analyzes complex data, and creates dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making. The role also evaluates and redesigns supply chain processes, supports logistics technology integration, conducts alternatives analyses, coordinates cross-divisional activities, and prepares briefings and recommendations for senior government leadership. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and a bachelor's degree.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 or more years of relevant experience in logistics operations, operational planning, program or project management, or related disciplines within the DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal government.
• Experience supporting strategic logistics planning, supply chain operations, process improvement, and information systems integration.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and improving logistics workflows, business processes, and operational performance.
• Experience implementing automated logistics systems and technologies, such as barcoding, RFID, inventory management software, or similar solutions.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization and reporting tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Black Belt certification, or equivalent experience in process modeling and improvement.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets, developing performance metrics, and presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Knowledge of logistics readiness, property accountability, data management, and operational reporting processes.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, including the ability to manage complex initiatives and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior government leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or Operations Research Analyst credentials.
• Experience with DoD or Intelligence Community planning, programming, and budgeting processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems, including GCSS-Army or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting logistics modernization, supply chain transformation, or enterprise-wide process automation initiatives.
• Experience integrating logistics information systems and developing automated reporting solutions within classified government environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Intelligence Community enterprise logistics operations and identify opportunities to improve information systems, operational processes, and manual workflows.
• Support long-term strategic logistics planning, including supply chain resilience, system interoperability, and operational modernization.
• Lead process improvement and automation efforts to streamline logistics operations, improve data integration, and enhance organizational efficiency.
• Oversee and track multi-year logistics initiatives, including budgets, schedules, milestones, and performance metrics aligned with DoD and Intelligence Community priorities.
• Develop and implement metrics and reporting tools to monitor logistics readiness, property accountability, data integrity, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze complex data sets, identify critical data elements, and evaluate information systems to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Evaluate and redesign manual supply chain processes, publishing workflows, and logistics procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support implementation and integration of logistics technologies, including barcoding, RFID, inventory management systems, and automated tracking solutions.
• Conduct analyses of alternatives to evaluate operational challenges, technology solutions, and process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-divisional planning and integration to align logistics initiatives, information systems, and organizational priorities.
• Prepare and deliver executive briefings, technical reports, performance assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior government leadership.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to complex logistics and operational challenges.
