Inspect incoming goods for damage and count accuracy and complete material handling of incoming goods from receiving into component material storage in warehouse. Obtain daily production schedules and identify the required component materials for the quantity scheduled for assembly. Locate the necessary components and associated materials, pull them from their location and record the transaction in Kenandy ERP system. Process these component materials to the correct specifications. Locate the correct quantity and type of components for production sub-assemblies or final assembly work orders. Locate and pull the correct components and quantities required for production runs. Package these items needed for production assemblies into a container as a kit. Move packaged kits to their respective areas at the end of plant production line. Remove previous day’s kits and return goods to the warehouse. Log any returned inventory with reason for return. Locate and retrieve the necessary finished sub-assemblies in inventory daily and as required. Material handling of sub-assemblies to and from the line production areas. Place finished goods, sub-assemblies in appropriate inventory bin locations inside warehouse. Perform physical counts and record locations of finished sub-assemblies and component in inventory. Maintain accurate counts and locations in computer system. Maintain a clean and organized work space within the storage buildings. Consolidate inventory as appropriate for point of use inventory. Assist with locating and storing of tooling when time permits. Work daily schedule around normal plant production schedule to obtain forklift time.
