This role coordinates activities of the Logistics department in partnership with the Logistics Supervisor, assisting in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts within the Logistics area. The position requires ensuring finished goods inventory accuracy, investigating inventory issues, and working with customers to ensure accurate and timely shipments. The Team Lead will process shipments in customer systems and Mas500, navigate multiple systems with high accuracy, and oversee inbound and outbound deliveries. Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, tracking delivery appointments, training new employees, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures, and implementing/maintaining the Electronic Resource Planning System (ERP). The role also involves assisting the Logistics Supervisor with space management for materials and finished goods, serving as backup to the Supervisor, and maintaining Alene standards for performance, housekeeping, and safety.
