About The Position

Several teams come together to shape, create, gather, and connect. Our Creative Team creates branded experiences by using multiple channels to tell clients’ stories. The Media Team enhances audience engagement via personalized video experiences, livestreaming, podcasting, and distribution services. The Events Team forges lifelong emotional connections through meticulously planned events, ensuring every detail fosters a genuine bond with the client brand. And we reinforce that connection with custom scalable merchandise solutions and online store technology. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Logistics Support Specialist is a fully onsite, multi-function role responsible for supporting sales programs for some of our biggest clients while also flexing into broader warehouse operations including large-scale kitting projects that require both repetitive actions and a close attention to detail. This position pitches in on general warehouse functions, our trucking-based program, and time-sensitive assembly projects. Willing to ask questions and help other employees when needed. Willing to go above and beyond without any notice. This is currently an hourly position due to the project-based nature of this position.

Requirements

  • Able to report to Leander, TX warehouse daily
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented assembly work for extended periods during high-volume kitting projects
  • Learns quickly and thrives in a dynamic team environment
  • Willing to learn new skills in other areas of the warehouse.
  • High-energy, initiative-taking team player with the ability to multitask across programs and priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Meticulous, with a passion for organization, quality, and consistency — especially when repeating the same task across hundreds of units
  • Demonstrates reliability and superior time management skills
  • Communicates clearly and courteously, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and internal/external customers
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (e.g., creates documents, maintains spreadsheets, sends/receives email, manages calendar), interactive online forums and virtual meeting rooms
  • Hands-on warehouse/kitting work without loss of quality or pace

Responsibilities

  • Assemble brand kits in high-volume batches — frequently several hundred boxes per project — according to provided build specifications and packing guides
  • Pack, seal, label, and stage completed kits for pickup or shipment, meeting project deadlines
  • Maintain consistency and quality control across kit contents, following build sheets precisely
  • Track kit components and supplies, flagging shortages or reorder needs to the appropriate team
  • Set up and break down efficient assembly workstations for large kitting runs
  • Support other bulk packaging, fulfillment, or special warehouse projects as assigned.
  • Assign warehouse space for inventory storage
  • Make positive contributions to the team.
  • Manage receipt of freight, including unloading trucks
  • Create custom packaging and installations
  • Willing to work with hands and various tools safely.
  • Assist with large-scale kitting and assembly projects, including client appreciation and brand ambassador kits, as volume requires
  • Maintain warehouse for cleanliness and safety
  • Elevate issues as needed for rapid resolution
  • Interact with inter-company team members as necessary to ensure project direction and completion
  • Follow all Brand Revolution company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required at manager’s direction
  • Conduct themselves professionally and work safely.
  • Report any safety concern to Warehouse Manager.
  • Receive inbound and returned client inventory
  • Open, inspect, and quality check all inbound inventory.
  • Identify, pull, and document damaged items or issues
  • Return approved items to inventory in a ship-ready condition
  • Accurately pull ship-ready inventory based on client orders
  • Apply shipping labels to outbound inventory
  • Schedule pickups and ensure timely shipment of all client order items
