College degree in business or transportation field is preferred
Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide the Account Managers and Carrier Sales Reps with all information needed to properly execute plans.
Maintain and further develop relationships through daily communication
Provide excellent customer service by tracking pickups and deliveries
Schedule and enter shipments and appointments into Mcleod
Proactively provide tracking updates to customers, account managers, and carrier sales reps as assigned.
Enter all necessary information into the TMS to ensure data integrity
Prioritize tracking and appointment setting based on time constraints and customer priority
Represent our customer when working with contracted carriers
Act as a representative of all contracted carriers
Identify and communicate ways Total Transportation can continuously improve in its operations
Other duties as assigned by management
