Requirements

  • Current Juniors (December 2027 or May 2028 Graduates)
  • Students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related major
  • Desire to pursue a career in Supply Chain / Logistics at TJX
  • Highly motivated self-starters
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Reliable transportation is required as TJX is not easily accessible to public transportation.
  • Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business and project support for critical supply chain initiatives.
  • Work on projects that contribute to the overall supply chain strategy.
  • Assist with daily activities within the supply chain functions.
  • Collaborate with experienced team members to manage and execute projects and deliverables.
  • Focus on areas such as Business Enablement (bridging communication between vendors, partners, and logistics), Strategy & Analytics (analysis, reporting, project management, cost savings, system management), Inbound Operations (managing flow of goods from vendors to TJX network), Outbound Operations (managing flow of merchandise from Distribution Centers to stores), or Engineering (designing and supporting material handling systems).
