About The Position

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for end-to-end logistics planning and execution for outbound shipments, including replacement components (RCD), accessories, and finished units. This position ensures on-time delivery, audit compliance, transportation performance, and inventory accuracy across the shipping network. This role serves as the primary link between planning, transportation providers, and shipping execution teams to ensure seamless outbound flow and customer delivery performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP systems (i.e. SAP)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Business Administration
  • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
  • People leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Knowledge of RCD / aftermarket fulfilment processes
  • Lean or continuous improvement experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience with shipment planning tools

Responsibilities

  • Own daily and weekly transportation planning for units, RCD, and accessory shipments
  • Coordinate carrier scheduling, routing, and shipment consolidation activities
  • Monitor shipment execution, track ETAs, and lead recovery actions for delays
  • Lead execution of RCD shipments including reservations, material coordination, and release readiness
  • Oversee accessory shipment planning and fulfilment to ensure completeness and timeliness
  • Partner cross-functionally with planning, materials handling, and customer teams
  • Ensure all outbound shipments are audited prior to release
  • Standardize audit processes across units, RCD, and accessory shipments
  • Partner with quality to ensure compliance for shipment readiness
  • Own accessory and yard inventory accuracy
  • Drive cycle count discipline, discrepancy resolution, and system alignment
  • Maintain visibility into ready-to-ship vs. constrained inventory
  • Monitor carrier and logistics provider performance (OTIF, damages, delays)
  • Escalate failures and provide structured feedback to Category Management and Delivery Assurance
  • Lead corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive execution discipline and accountability across logistics operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve customer delivery commitments
  • Lead with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Develop team capability and standard work adherence
