This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to: training and mentoring employees; planning, assigning, delegating and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving employee issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite
  • Experience managing larger teams
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Ability to operate forklift

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Sales & Operations to achieve the overall operation and financial targets
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Operations to continuously improve the operation and cost efficiency
  • Maintain constant and thorough inventory of all instant ticket stock held at the warehouse facility
  • Oversee the shipment and related costs of all daily and new games to the retailers
  • Prepare and maintain proper inventory level of all shipping supplies
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested
  • Supervise daily distribution of instant ticket orders
  • Responsible for the training, coaching and counselling of assigned personnel
  • Oversee the proper maintenance of all warehouse equipment
  • Train, explain tasks and assist in the solution of problems
  • Prepare and present reports and other documentation on a timely basis
  • Implement key corporate initiatives
  • Establish monthly, quarterly and annual goals and KPI with each Warehouse Clerk (Package Assembly Tech II), and evaluate at the end of each month
  • Provide daily direction and feedback to the warehouse clerks to ensure they have a good understanding of the job and current priorities
  • Serve as a conduit between SG warehouse operations and the Lottery by quickly communicating to the Lottery any questions or problems encountered by to the appropriate parties at the Lottery
