About The Position

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate coordination of calibration and repair services for precision measurement equipment across multiple Customer Service Centers. This role manages the routing of equipment to both internal and external calibration/repair labs, ensuring timely turnaround, accurate record-keeping, and excellent customer service. You will play a critical role in maintaining the operational readiness of essential metrology assets. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with inventory management systems and/or work order management systems. (e.g., EAM, Maximo, ServiceNow, MetTeam)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of calibration and repair processes for precision measurement equipment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of ISO 17025 or other quality management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with export control regulations (ITAR/EAR) is a plus.
  • Experience managing a team of customer service representatives.
  • Experience working with external vendors and negotiating contracts.
  • Familiarity with the metrology industry and common calibration standards.
