Requirements

Nine or more years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, supply management, or other relevant experience.
A degree(s) in logistics, supply management, warehouse operations or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
Driver's license

Nice To Haves

Experience with IBM Maximo or other relevant ERP program.
Experience with forklift operation and material handling.

Responsibilities

Lead logistics operations across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable material movement.
Develop and lead teams by mentoring employees, managing performance, and promoting an environment centered on safety and accountability.
Lead all aspects of inventory operations to maintain accuracy, optimize processes, and support business needs.
Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver outstanding service and meet operational priorities.
