Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze warehouse operations data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Operations/warehouse leadership experience preferred
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Responsibilities

Oversees inventory levels to ensure accurate stock control and timely replenishments.
Plans and coordinates the movement of goods to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to internal and external customers.
Leads and manages the warehouse team to maintain high levels of productivity and operational efficiency to meet business expectations. Responsible for the hiring of new team members, and the development of team member job knowledge and skills.
Ensures all activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety policies, and maintains accurate documentation records.
Works with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.
