As a Logistics Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and act as the primary point of contact for logistics needs. This involves coordinating shipping activity by accepting bookings, collecting documentation, and obtaining relevant compliance information. You will also be responsible for tracking and tracing shipments, accurately invoicing customers for services rendered, and effectively solving problems, handling escalations, and providing customer support.

Requirements

Responsibilities
