The Logistics Specialist will work onsite at the Pentagon, as needed, supporting the Army G-4's G-44 Materiel Management Major End Items Division responsible for policies, publications, and processes related to Class VII (major end items) supply management to include existence and completeness efforts of general equipment for financial reporting and property accountability. The Logistics Specialist must be prepared to work onsite Monday-Friday to support day-to-day operations and high-level governance forums. The Logistics Specialist should possess general knowledge and experience with DoW logistics and supply chain management. The candidate must be adept at researching complex supply chain and audit issues, analyzing supporting data, and be comfortable with facilitating meetings with opposing viewpoints across a variety of DoW and Army stakeholders across the audit domain. The candidate must be able to work autonomously, set high standards for personal performance, have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and process driven, and able to work with minimal guidance. Position requires a DoW Secret.
