This role is responsible for mastering the complexity of modern logistics, architecting efficient transportation strategies, and leveraging technology to ensure shipments arrive on time and under budget. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2+ years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics (A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field may be considered in lieu of experience).
Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
3+ years of deep experience in the logistics industry.
Familiarity with BI and Tableau reporting to turn data into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Navigate the full lifecycle of an order—from load building to tendering—using our advanced TMS to its peak potential.
Establish power-house relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and selecting the best modes of transport to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Act as a proactive analyst to identify performance trends, resolve shipment errors, and stop service failures before they happen.
Train new users on our systems and document standard operating procedures that set the gold standard for operational excellence.
Serve as the critical link between shippers, receivers, and carriers to resolve complex logistical challenges with professional poise.
