Requirements

Associate’s degree
2-4 Years of experience in a warehouse environment
Microsoft Office proficiency

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
XA Knowledge and SAP, and advanced Microsoft excel skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Support accurate inventory and system records.
Partner with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to resolve shipment issues and keep priorities on track.
Help improve processes.
Support freight claims and audits.
Contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.
Balance inbound/outbound workload.
Document and communicate discrepancies, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Manage inbound freight claims.
Ensure alignment with the procurement and planning teams on material availability and shipment priorities.
Develop processes for the position.
Ensure receipts, inventory records and system balance accuracy.
Regular review of processes for continuous improvement.
Ensure a SAFE & Clean Work Environment.
Support inventory reconciliation activities and dock audits.
