About The Position

UVS Games is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented logistics specialist to manage event related logistics. This includes small-package global mailings of event and marketing materials. Also the logistics, using all modes of transportation, related to our industry shows and our large globally run tournaments ABOUT UVS GAMES We are a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes. Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends trading card game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. We are looking for builders, people ready to disrupt the TCG market with creativity, agility, and precision. We don't just sell games; we build ecosystems where players and fans thrive.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a logistics role or equivalent education.
  • US domestic and international logistics experience in all modes of transportation.
  • Experience with large show logistics such as trade shows or arena events.
  • Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Sheets and Excel
  • Based in the greater Seattle, WA area is a requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • Logistics experience in with tabletop games, printed material and trade marketing material.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate global mass-mailings of marketing, organized play and other materials going to stores and individuals.
  • Prepare shipments of event/mailings related products to and from our distribution centers using all modes of transportation (truck, air, sea).
  • Manage the storage of our event equipment.
  • Coordinate the equipment/product logistics of delivery and pick up for industry shows and large tournaments.
  • Responsible for working with AP on payment of any invoices related to the activities of this role.
  • Travel to manage event equipment in the USA and abroad is required. (Estimated 10% annual travel time)
