We are growing at a rapid pace and we are looking to expand Truckload operations in our Little Rock, AR headquarters.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize daily workload.
- Candidate must be able to overcome issues and resolve problems.
- Being customer centric and a sales advocate to our sales teams is a must.
- Competitive and enjoys working in a faced paced environment.
- Excellent organization and record keeping skills.
- Comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email.
- Capability of sight and hearing required.
- Ability to deal with stressful situations.

Responsibilities
- Responds timely to Sales and Customer requests for Truckload quotes
- Ability to multi-task to quote, accurately build loads, and communicate shipment updates
- Sales advocate to problem solve and help Sales close opportunities
- Educating our sales teams how to quote and win more Truckload opportunities.
