Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or a related environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow defined processes and workflows
  • Experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
  • Comfort working with multiple systems and communication tools
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in delivery operations, last-mile logistics, or dispatch support
  • Experience using routing or dispatch platforms
  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or other time-sensitive delivery environments

Responsibilities

  • Support real-time dispatch activities, including updating routing (as required), processing cancellations, and assisting with packages as directed
  • Track route returns and ensure proper completion and closure of delivery routes
  • Provide coverage for dispatch support lines, including coordination of returns to secure or closed pharmacy locations
  • Serve as a point of contact for couriers during active routes, providing guidance and support based on standard procedures
  • Assist with carrier coordination, including communication and execution of pickups across partner networks (e.g., FuzeRx: Truepill, Alto, LGC)
  • Maintain and monitor communication channels (slack) tied to delivery partners to ensure timely updates and issue visibility
  • Escalate carrier-related issues or gaps in execution to appropriate stakeholders
  • Support troubleshooting of delivery and navigation issues using established workflows
  • Follow up on failed deliveries, including documenting outcomes and coordinating next steps for package return or redelivery
  • Assist in identifying common delivery issues and flag trends or recurring problems to leadership
  • Ensure proper handling and tracking of undelivered packages to maintain chain of custody
  • Contact patients to resolve delivery issues such as address discrepancies or missed deliveries using defined scripts and processes
  • Coordinate delivery rescheduling based on standard operating procedures
  • Partner with Fulfillment, Care, and other teams to support resolution of delivery-related issues
  • Document delivery issues, escalations, and outcomes accurately in internal systems
  • Provide shift handoff notes and summaries to ensure continuity across dispatch coverage
  • Support ongoing process improvements by sharing feedback on operational challenges
