Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (Microsoft Office or similar)
• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage simple tasks independently
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and professionalism
• Interest in gaining hands-on workplace experience

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship or administrative experience
• Interest in documentation, processes, or operations
• Familiarity with SOPs or quality systems

Responsibilities

• Support the team with light administrative and daily operational tasks
• Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents
• Assist with the creation, updating, and formatting of SOPs
• Help ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and well organized
• Support data entry and basic reporting as needed
• Assist team members with routine coordination tasks
• Follow established procedures and confidentiality guidelines
• Learn internal systems, tools, and workflows
• Contribute to a positive and organized team environment
