About The Position
Veo is a leading shared micromobility provider in North America, aiming to end car dependency by making clean transportation accessible to all. They design and manufacture their own vehicles, hardware, and software, and operate their local markets directly. Veo is seeking independent contractors, known as "Boosters," to join their VeoBoost Program. As a Booster, you will partner with Veo to keep their fleet charged, balanced, and ready to ride by completing various logistical tasks. This role allows you to run your own business, manage your own team, and contribute to the growth of micromobility.
Requirements
- Own and operate a registered business entity (LLC, S Corp, etc.).
- Ability to manage your own boosters or subcontractors, if needed, to complete tasks at scale.
- Provide proof of required insurance coverage (vehicle, liability, etc.).
- Comply with local regulations and city-specific requirements at all times.
- Have access to a reliable vehicle (van, truck, SUV) that can transport batteries.
- Be detail-oriented, reliable, and energized by a mission-driven partnership.
Responsibilities
- Complete battery swaps between vehicles.
- Move vehicles to ensure they are in the right place at the right time for appropriate deployment.
