Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your warehouse and logistics expertise in a fast-paced rail industry environment. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates who play a critical role in keeping materials moving to support operations and customer needs. You'll help ensure inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and on-time shipments that contribute directly to the success of our business. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with supply chain, customer service, operations, and transportation partners, managing inbound and outbound material activities while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. You’ll specifically support receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and material transactions, while also assisting with cycle counts, process improvements, and special projects.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material movement processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification
• Understanding of domestic and international shipping requirements
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
• Flexibility to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Receiving, verifying, and processing materials accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through timely transactions and cycle counts
• Picking, packing, crating, and shipping domestic and international orders
• Operating forklifts safely and completing daily equipment inspections
• Supporting same-day turnaround for receipts, shipments, goods issues, and inventory movements
