Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Operations.
  • Previous leadership experience in an operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of international transportation and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Operations Team to achieve operational and service objectives.
  • Ensure timely and compliant execution of Air, Ocean, Ground, and Project shipments.
  • Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer escalations and support key account relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Optimize resources, productivity, and operational costs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other functions to support business growth and customer retention.
