About The Position
Raichan Logistics Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our Mira Loma facility. This full-time position offers $105,000–$125,000 per year. The successful candidate will improve performance, manage teams, and ensure reliable movement of freight across the operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field.
- Five or more years of logistics management experience.
- Proven experience leading warehouse teams.
- Strong knowledge of transportation and inventory processes.
- Experience with WMS, ERP, and reporting systems.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and operational KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse and logistics operations.
- Manage staffing, schedules, and performance goals.
- Improve workflows, costs, and service levels.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Track KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and clients.
