About The Position

The Lead Logistics Manager shall manage all logistics operations and personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of (10) Years of Logistics Management Experience and Bachelor’s Degree in related field, and an active Maryland CLASS C Driver’s License
• OR Served in the US Military and retained a Logistics – Military Occupation Specialty in a Supervisory capacity for a Minimum of (6) Years, and an active Maryland CLASS C Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel activities to include: Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibrations; Material Handling Equipment/Lifting Device (MHE/LD); receiving; shipping; storage; property book; turn-in; and delivering excess equipment as a working supervisor.
• Supervise the supply clerk(s) in ensuring accurate excess equipment inventory records.
• Plan and revise work schedules to ensure an even workflow and priority cases are handled expeditiously.
• Coordinate priorities, procedures, and accomplishments with the COR and Program Manager.
• Prepare workload reports and maintain accurate activity records.
• Resolve conflicts in accordance with (IAW) the Contractor policies and procedures.
• Oversee mandatory training and certification and provide technical guidance for personnel as applicable.
