About The Position

This role involves analyzing and supporting the management of warehouse operations by implementing daily warehouse business activities. Key responsibilities include planning and optimizing the storage of purchased materials, managing transportation and supply chains, ensuring accurate shipments to customers, efficient storage and capacity planning, and tracking/improving delivery performance. The position requires monitoring and supporting warehousing, transportation, and inbound/outbound forwarding operations for all North American branches, coordinating and enforcing policies, analyzing operational data for improvements, and training operators in other branches. The role also focuses on maintaining and improving KPIs and productivities, researching and implementing best practices, and staying updated through professional development.

Requirements

Korean Bilingual Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, especially in Excel using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization including customers and carriers.
Ability to prioritize effectively, while meeting deadlines
Ability to multi-task with an exceptional attention to details

Nice To Haves

Relevant experience in corporate level warehouse operations or 3PLs logistics companies specializing in transportation of electronics in US is preferred
6+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operation within the logistics industry preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Analyze and support the management of warehouse operations by implementing daily warehouse business activities.
Plan and optimize storage of purchased materials, transportation, and supply.
Ensure accurate shipments of goods to customers.
Manage efficient storage and warehouse capacity planning requirements.
Track and improve delivery performance to customers.
Monitor and support operations of warehousing, transportation, inbound and outbound forwarding for all branches in North America.
Coordinate and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Analyze operation data and procedures to identify improvements.
Train operators of other branches.
Maintain and improve KPIs and productivities for all scope of logistics operations.
Conduct improvement tasks and projects.
Research best practices of logistics operation in other branches and companies and implement suitable best practices on branches in North America.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Undertake other ad hoc assignments required by the line manager or Head of Team.
