About The Position

As a logistics network analyst, you will transform operational data into clear insights and practical improvements across the supply chain network. You will build reporting and performance visibility, diagnose service and delivery issues, identify network optimization opportunities, and partner across operations and technology to improve coffeehouse service, provider performance, inventory management, and execution consistency. This position is based in-market on the East Coast and requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, logistics, supply chain, operations, transportation, distribution, or business intelligence
  • Experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools
  • Experience conducting analysis and translating findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%

Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytics and performance insights - Develop, maintain, and automate operational reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks. Analyze service, delivery, inventory, provider, and operational performance data, and translate findings into executive-ready business reviews and actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize network and service performance - Evaluate routing, delivery frequency, scheduling, service performance, and network efficiency. Conduct diagnostics and support pilots that improve service, cost, and execution consistency.
  • Lead continuous improvement and root-cause analysis - Investigate operational defects, service failures, delivery disruptions, and coffeehouse impacts. Partner with operational teams to eliminate recurring issues, implement corrective actions, and measure results.
  • Advance systems, automation, and data quality - Partner with technology teams to improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities, automation, and system functionality across platforms such as ServiceNow, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, Spectrum, TRACE, and other operational systems.
