About The Position

The Logistics & Materials Manager is responsible for supporting care delivery for Crow Valley Surgery Center patients through efficient, timely management of instruments, supplies, equipment resources, and pharmaceuticals. This hands-on role manages inventory levels to control waste and increase throughput, and serves as a resource for enhancing revenue, achieving optimal utilization, and reducing costs. The role is part of the ambulatory surgery center team and is accountable for providing high-level care, maintaining patient confidentiality, and complying with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Considerable knowledge of the surgical process and the ability to anticipate and understand the resources needed to operate effectively across all departments.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Purchasing and inventory coordination experience, or equivalent prior work history preferred.
• Experience with HST Pathways, HER, and the Envi supply system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage instruments, supplies, equipment resources, and pharmaceuticals efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Manage inventory levels to control waste and increase throughput.
• Support revenue enhancement, optimal resource utilization, and cost reduction.

• Contribute to patient care as a member of the ambulatory surgery center team.
