About The Position
Are you a logistics leader with a passion for efficiency and innovation? Join our team as a Logistics Manager at our new modular construction warehousing site! This is a high-impact role where you will oversee logistics operations, manage a team, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of logistics experience, including team leadership.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a union environment (preferred).
- Background in logistics or 3PL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee vehicle traffic and shipments in and out of the facility.
- Manage local logistics movements between on-campus facilities.
- Drive efficiency and innovation in logistics processes.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on vendor performance to optimize operations.
- Partner with operations to manage inbound shipments from international suppliers.
