About The Position

Provide technical and management leadership of on-site Logistics personnel supporting ADP Test and Evaluation (T&E) efforts at NAS Patuxent River. Establish and coordinate processes, plans and procedures necessary to provide timely, accurate and focused Logistics support. Provide leadership and coordination between the Lockheed Martin T&E team, government customer and supporting LM teams/organizations. Maintain/coordinate training requirements for Log team personnel. Coordinate infrastructure needs (IT, security, work space and seating) for Log team personnel. Demonstrate/promote an inclusive work environment that encourages employee involvement, initiative and accountability. Mentoring and development of all Log team personnel commensurate with their career goals and aspirations. Candidate may be developed to act for or fill-in for Senior Manager during absences. Develop strong, collaborative working relationship with peer managers and other adjacent Departments. Manager must be willing to travel and support flexible work schedule to provide necessary oversight of team personnel. This manager must be willing to work early morning, late night. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

Experience with Logistics
Experience leading teams and managing projects
Experience with Flight and or ground test
Must be a US Citizen.
Ability to work remotely

Familiarity \ experience with root cause corrective action tools and processes
