Responsibilities Support life cycle maintenance and integrated logistics product development for US Navy Submarine system(s) Provide interim and full logistics support to In-service Engineering Agent for COLUMBIA and VIRINGIA Class submarine system(s) Create and submit work files in Model Based Product Support (MBPS) Participate and act as the subject matter expert for the ISEA during part provisioning conferences Must have thorough understanding of ILS Certs, APLs/BOMs, and parts/hardware drawings. Use Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) to develop and maintain Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) and link them to Navy Item Control Numbers (NICNs). Interpret shipboard installation drawings, allowance parts lists (APLs), and ILS Certifications to prepare work files in support of ISEA system installations, as well as extracting data from NDE to support deliver of ILS packages. Familiar with zero cog interim provisioned systems Creating an ILS certification and alteration record in the ILS Navy Data Environment – Navy Modernization (NDE-NM). Involves direct contact with customers and fleet users, and demands performance that is both detail oriented and time critical
