Logistics Manager The Opportunity: As a Logistics Manager, you'll bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You will serve as a logistics manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Set the Theater. You will use your knowledge to analyze orders, meet client mission objectives, and support the planning and execution of deliberate, contingency, and crisis plans. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Logistics Management or Civil Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience working with Air Force War Reserve Materiel (WRM) or Prepositioned Equipment
  • 2+ years of experience in the Indo-Pacific
  • Experience working in Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) or Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution System (DCAPES)
  • Experience allocating resources, providing capabilities to units, and planning and managing requirements
  • Experience leading and participating in a working group or planning groups
  • Knowledge of distribution management, materiel management, and contingency operations
  • Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and various types of briefings, and present products to stakeholders and decision-makers to achieve key outcomes
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience supporting military logistics operations
  • Experience leading and participating in a working group or planning groups
  • Experience with joint planning to support GCC initiatives, and theater distribution plans and orders
  • Experience working on Operational or Strategic Level military staff
  • Experience working in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments
  • Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Ability to use MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Master’s degree
