Position Summary: The Logistics Manager leads and owns end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound freight, 3PL warehouse management, and carrier/vendor relationships. This role is accountable for the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and high service levels while managing and developing the logistics team. The position partners closely with supply chain, sales, and finance leadership to set logistics strategy, oversee daily operations, resolve escalated issues, and drive continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and experienced in logistics management within a fast-paced food or CPG environment.
