Logistics Manager – Key West, FL

We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to support Command Centers, Communication Networks, and Data Facilities in Key West, FL. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date in May 2026. It will be a full-time position, requiring an active DoD Secret clearance. This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six Years of logistics Experience with practical experience in various Asset Management Systems, Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) and Defense Property Accountability System functions to include a min of four years’ experience as a Supply Liaison/technician.
- Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
- Some overnight stays possible.
- Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
- Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil.
- This position requires working in a stressful environment, dealing with conflict, working
- Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
- Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation
- Alcohol and Drug screening may be required for federal contract compliance
Responsibilities
- Leads logistics personnel, ensures coordination of compliant and expedited inbound, internal, and global logistics services.
- Manages all warehouses and inventories; tracks all inventory assets; and oversee storage, distribution, and transportation of all equipment, parts, and supplies.
