The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing all activities related to the efficient operation of accounts. This includes P&L responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety. The role involves collaborating with senior management and customers to determine and meet their needs and expectations. Key duties include managing employee payroll, analyzing weekly and monthly P&L statements for account profitability, providing financial data and weekly operations reports to senior management, and handling accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing. The manager is also responsible for holding Safety & Security meetings, providing safety training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
