About The Position

This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. Summary The Logistics Management Analyst supports the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) G4 section by analyzing government purchases and leveraging Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to ensure effective logistics management and financial oversight. Requirements

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience with government procurement processes and regulations
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and data management
  • Thorough understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
  • Strong knowledge of DoD logistics policies and supply regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance, with the continued abailty to obtain TS/SCI

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze government purchase requests and procurement documentation for compliance with federal acquisition regulations and DoD policies
  • Validate purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and proper funding authorization
  • Ensure all purchases align with mission requirements and organizational priorities
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in purchase documentation prior to approval
  • Coordinate with contracting officers and procurement specialists on complex purchase actions
  • Utilize ERP systems to track, monitor, and manage procurement activities and logistics operations
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data within the ERP system
  • Generate reports and analytics from ERP data to support decision-making processes
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with system protocols
  • Troubleshoot ERP system issues and coordinate with technical support as needed
  • Provide logistics expertise to support DoD operations and strategic planning
  • Assist in supply chain management and inventory control activities
  • Support budget execution and financial tracking for logistics operations
  • Participate in readiness assessments and resource allocation planning
  • Maintain documentation and records in accordance with DoD regulations
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders including commanders, staff, vendors, and other military installations
  • Provide briefings and status updates to DoD leadership on procurement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges
  • Serve as subject matter expert on procurement processes and ERP capabilities
