About The Position

Join a dynamic team supporting the AMTAP paid-apprenticeship program as a Logistics Management Analyst. This pivotal position focuses on the seamless onboarding of large apprentice cohorts, ensuring every training cycle runs efficiently and professionally. You’ll play a key role in shaping the apprentice experience from their first day through to program graduation. This role offers hands-on involvement, direct apprentice interaction, and opportunities to develop expertise in logistics coordination within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in logistics management, program coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in computer setup, troubleshooting, and basic tech support
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet creation and data tracking
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication with large groups and individuals
  • Ability to work onsite with flexibility for occasional travel between campuses

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting apprenticeship or training programs
  • Familiarity with grant funding processes and accounts payable/receivable
  • Event planning or group onboarding coordination experience

Responsibilities

  • Set up classrooms and computers for training sessions, ensuring technical readiness for each cohort launch
  • Facilitate in-person onboarding for groups of 48-60 apprentices, approximately five times per year
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute onboarding materials and resources to apprentices
  • Provide direct troubleshooting assistance for computer and IT-related issues during program onboarding
  • Manage onboarding logistics including attendance line process control and ceremony planning for graduations
  • Maintain and audit electronic files for each cohort pre, post, and during the program lifecycle
  • Generate program reports, track candidate progress, and conduct audits
  • Support program invoicing and accounts payable/receivable functions to assist with grant funding documentation
  • Perform additional support duties as required to ensure program excellence
